At Solarge in Weert, we manufacture unique, circular solar panels that contribute to a more sustainable world. Our factory is modern, innovative and constantly evolving. We offer a comprehensive induction and training programme, as our machines and processes are largely custom-designed for us. You will learn how everything works step by step.What will you do?
In this role, you are essential to keeping our factory running. You will ensure that our machines perform at their best by:
- Performing preventive maintenance
- Analysing and resolving malfunctions
- Improving plant reliability and performance
• Contributing ideas on how to optimise the production process
• You’ll be working with state-of-the-art machinery that is constantly evolving. So this isn’t your typical factory, but an environment where you can truly understand, influence and improve the technology. You’ll work closely with operators, engineers and fellow technicians as part of an international team where English is the working language.

What do you bring?
- You have completed a technical education in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and/or mechatronics
- You preferably have several years of experience in a maintenance role within a production environment
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics and automation
- Good command of the English language
- Strong organisational skills and accuracy in work execution
- Proactive work attitude with problem-solving skills
- Flexibility in working hours, if required for breakdown service or maintenance outside regular hours
