Vacancy - Operator/Production Employee Solar Manufacturing

For our state-of-the-art plant, we are looking for motivated Operators who want to build high-quality solar modules - and grow at the same time.What will you do?
As Operator, you are an indispensable link in our production process. You ensure that our solar panels are of top quality and production runs smoothly. The job is hands-on and physically active, with you doing a lot of standing and occasionally lifting materials.
You will be part of a young, diverse and international team to keep production running smoothly. Collaboration and being able to communicate with colleagues from different backgrounds are essential, while you continuously contribute to improving processes and performance.Your responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring the production line
- Assembling innovative solar modules
- Performing quality checks and identifying deviations
- Performing minor maintenance and troubleshooting
- Accurately recording production data
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve processesWhat makes this position special?
