Service Engineer

You will be part of the technical heart of Solarge. Our solar panels are manufactured in a high-quality, almost fully mechanized and automated production line. This line consists of machines that are connected to each other via transport modules (carriers). In some places we use robots to move the products. And you will ensure that that line is 100% technically in order, always runs at the desired speed and delivers solar panels in the desired quality.

Your tasks and responsibilities in this role include:

Ensuring that the production line is 100% technically in order, always runs at the desired speed and delivers solar panels in the desired quality;
Being able to quickly analyze and solve malfunctions and problems in the production line;
Ensuring corrective and preventive maintenance and recording the identified problems and chosen solutions.

MBO electrical engineering, electromechanics or mechatronics with at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position;
Passion/affinity for technology;
Dutch and English language are no problem for you;
Collaboration is second nature;
You have social and communication skills;
You are solution-oriented, flexible and have a good eye for details;
You start on a day shift, but you are willing to eventually work in 3 or 5 shifts.

The bundling of knowledge as a result of this initiative is unique and the result is a completely new view of the construction and application of solar panels.

After more than 5 years of intensive R&D, we at Solarge are on the eve of high-volume production of our panels. Our technical team is running at full speed. We are busy developing the production line, making the latest improvements to the solar panels and already thinking about new products. In this important phase, we are looking for colleagues who will help us take Solarge to the next level.
